LOCATION:

We’re located in “Le Boude” district, a mere 10 min walk from the village center where you can find many restaurants, ski rental facilities, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.. Being so close is great during the peak season, when traffic jams and parking problems often becomes a problem.

Since our apartment is located right off of the mountain, you can, depending on the snowcoat, ski to and back from the slopes from the apartment. If you like, a ski shuttle picks you up only 25m from the apartment to take you directly to the slopes.

“Le Boude” is the sunniest district in Châtel and a quiet residential neighborhood.
The apartment itself faces both east and west  with 2 balconies, and has an astounding 180° view on Mt. Linga & the Abondance valley. With beautiful wood paneled walls and cozy decor, you’ll feel right at home.

  • A corridor serves a large living room (34m² / 40,66 yd²), with a large dining table and living area, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with bathtub), a small room with washbasin, cabinet and towel-rail where to have a standup wash, separate WC.
  • We do not allow smoking in our property.
  • Secured garage at street level and storage area for skis on the ground floor.

FACILITIES:

  • Full kitchen, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, large freezer, conventional/microwave-oven, toaster, coffee-maker, electric kettle, raclette set.
  • Radio & CD player, TV/DVD player, tuner sound system (iPod line-in).
  • Each bedroom is equipped with double closets and ample shelving.

BEDDING:

  • 1 double bed in one bedroom
  • 3 bunk beds in the other.
  • An additional double convertible sofa-bed in a room under slope (reduced height).

HEATING:

Appartment equipped with 'comfort' radiators and with towel-drying heaters in both washrooms
